Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 16, 2026
Welcome to Bulk Accounts. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of bulkaccounts.com (the “Website”), including the purchase and use of digital products and any related services offered through the Website.
In these Terms, “Bulk Accounts,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating the Website. “You,” “your,” “customer,” or “user” refers to any individual or entity accessing the Website, placing an order, or using our products or services. “Accounts,” “profiles,” and “products” refer to the digital goods and services offered for purchase through the Website, as listed and described in the respective product listings.
By accessing the Website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Website and refrain from placing orders.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, along with any product-specific conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
Acceptance of Terms
1.1. By using the Website or purchasing any product, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that your use of the Website complies with applicable laws.
1.2. If you place an order on behalf of a business, organization, or another legal entity, you represent that you are authorized to act on its behalf and agree to these Terms for that entity.
1.3. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, customers, and other individuals accessing or using the Website, unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
1.4. Any additional conditions displayed on a product page, during checkout, or in a separate written agreement will apply to the relevant transaction. In the event of a conflict, the applicable order-specific terms will govern that transaction to the extent expressly stated, subject to applicable law.
Scope of Products and Services
2.1. Bulk Accounts offers digital products across various third-party platforms and providers. Depending on availability, the catalogue may include email accounts, social media accounts, and other account categories or account variations.
2.2. Products may differ in age, verification status, registration details, recovery information, region, quantity, account attributes, and other specifications. The characteristics of each product are determined by the relevant product listing and any additional details expressly agreed upon before purchase.
2.3. You are responsible for reviewing the product description, specifications, quantity, compatibility requirements, and applicable conditions before placing an order.
2.4. We reserve the right to update product listings, modify catalogue availability, discontinue products, correct genuine listing errors, or restrict the sale of particular products where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any obligations arising from an accepted order.
2.5. The availability of a product on our Website does not guarantee its continued availability, functionality, or acceptance by an independent third-party platform.
2.6. Unless expressly stated in the relevant listing or agreed in writing, we do not guarantee that a product will meet requirements beyond its stated specifications.
Eligibility and Customer Responsibilities
3.1. You must be legally permitted to access and purchase the products offered through the Website in your jurisdiction.
3.2. You are responsible for determining whether your intended purchase and use of a product are lawful in your location and comply with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and third-party platform policies.
3.3. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering, ordering, making payments, or communicating with our support team.
3.4. You must not use the Website or purchased products for fraud, impersonation, harassment, unlawful access, deceptive practices, spam, phishing, unauthorized data collection, or any other unlawful or harmful activity.
3.5. You must not misrepresent your identity, misuse payment methods, submit fraudulent claims, manipulate warranty or refund processes, or interfere with another person's rights.
3.6. We may request reasonable information necessary to verify an order, investigate suspected fraud, or resolve a dispute. Where appropriate, we may delay fulfilment or restrict an order while a legitimate verification issue is being addressed.
Product Listings and Specifications
4.1. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product listings accurately describe the products offered. However, product availability, attributes, and technical compatibility may change.
4.2. Any stated account age, verification status, region, recovery information, or other product characteristic applies only where expressly indicated in the relevant listing or order confirmation.
4.3. Different products may have different technical requirements, limitations, or usage conditions. A feature or attribute offered with one account category must not be assumed to apply to another.
4.4. Product images, examples, and illustrations are provided for identification or explanation where applicable. They do not replace the written product specifications.
4.5. If you identify a material discrepancy between the product delivered and the specifications confirmed for your order, you must report it through the designated support channel within the applicable reporting period and provide sufficient information for verification.
4.6. We reserve the right to correct genuine errors in product descriptions, prices, or availability. If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we will address it in accordance with applicable law and communicate any necessary next steps.
Orders and Payments
5.1. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms and the applicable product conditions.
5.2. An order is subject to payment authorization, availability, applicable verification checks, and acceptance by Bulk Accounts. An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
5.3. You are responsible for reviewing your order details, including product type, quantity, price, and any applicable charges, before completing checkout.
5.4. You must use a payment method that you are legally authorized to use. Unauthorized transactions, charge manipulation, payment fraud, and deliberate misuse of payment disputes are prohibited.
5.5. Orders may be delayed, declined, or placed under review where there is a reasonable concern regarding payment authorization, suspected fraud, product availability, or compliance with these Terms.
5.6. For bulk orders, custom quantities, or arrangements made directly with our team, additional conditions may apply if communicated and accepted before the transaction.
5.7. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors before accepting an order. Where an error affects an order already accepted, any resolution will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
5.8. Applicable taxes, payment processing charges, or other fees will be disclosed where required and, where applicable, during checkout.
Delivery and Fulfilment
6.1. Digital products are delivered through the method specified for the relevant product or order. Depending on the product and order, delivery may occur through the customer dashboard, an order page, or another designated delivery channel.
6.2. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on product availability, order quantity, verification requirements, technical conditions, and other legitimate fulfilment factors.
6.3. Order processing typically takes 24 to 48 hours and may take up to 72 hours, depending on order volume and fulfilment requirements. Customers can check their order status through the dashboard or contact our support team for updates if needed.
6.4. Any delivery estimate provided is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise. If fulfilment is delayed beyond the stated or reasonably expected period, please contact our support team for assistance.
6.5. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address, customer account, dashboard, or other delivery channel associated with your order.
6.6. You must review the order status and delivery information available through your dashboard and follow any reasonable instructions provided for accessing the delivered products.
6.7. If you believe that an order has not been delivered, you must contact support with your order reference and relevant details so that we can investigate.
6.8. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information supplied by you, your failure to access the designated delivery channel, or external technical circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6.9. We may communicate material fulfilment updates or request information reasonably necessary to complete an order.
Product Testing and Verification
7.1. You are responsible for checking the delivered products promptly after delivery. Test a few accounts from each batch before deploying the rest. Report any issues within the applicable reporting period. Accounts must remain unused to be eligible for a replacement or refund under the applicable policy. Once accounts are deployed or used, no replacement or refund will be provided for functionality issues.
7.2. Customers are responsible for understanding how to properly use and test purchased accounts before deployment. Any guides or information provided by Bulk Accounts are for general informational purposes only and do not guarantee account functionality or successful use. Bulk Accounts acts solely as a seller and is not responsible for issues arising from improper use, testing, or a customer's lack of knowledge regarding account usage.
7.3. Unless a different period is expressly stated for a particular product or order, any initial functionality issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be considered under the standard reporting process.
7.4. Reports should include the order number, the affected product or quantity, a clear description of the issue, and reasonable supporting evidence requested by our support team.
7.5. You must not intentionally modify, misuse, transfer, or otherwise alter a product in a manner that prevents reasonable verification of the reported issue before submitting a claim.
7.6. We may request reasonable additional information to determine whether an issue existed at delivery, arose from subsequent use, or resulted from an external factor.
7.7. Failure to report an issue within the applicable period may affect eligibility under the standard warranty or replacement process, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
7.8. A report submitted within the required period does not automatically guarantee a replacement or refund. Each claim is subject to verification and the applicable policy conditions.
Warranty and Replacement Policy
8.1. Unless a different warranty period is expressly stated for a specific product or order, eligible products are covered by a 48-hour warranty period, subject to the conditions in this section and our Refund Policy.
8.2. The warranty period does not extend the initial 24-hour reporting requirement described in Section 7 unless a specific product condition or written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
8.3. A claim must relate to a qualifying issue covered by the applicable product terms. We may investigate reported failures and request reasonable evidence before determining eligibility.
8.4. Where a claim is verified and qualifies under the applicable warranty, we may provide a replacement or another remedy specified in the applicable policy.
8.5. Depending on the product and the circumstances, a claim may be ineligible where the reported issue results from:
- Incorrect use, handling, or configuration by the customer.
- Changes made to the product after delivery.
- Unauthorized access, sharing, resale, or transfer.
- Customer-side technical issues or incompatible environments.
- Actions or restrictions imposed by a third-party platform after delivery.
- Violation of applicable laws, these Terms, or relevant third-party rules.
- Failure to follow the required reporting and verification process.
These exclusions apply only to the extent that the relevant circumstances are established and the exclusion is permitted by applicable law.
8.6. Where a replacement is provided, it will be subject to the specifications and conditions of the applicable product and replacement policy. A replacement does not automatically entitle the customer to a cash refund unless the applicable policy or law provides otherwise.
8.7. We reserve the right to reject claims that cannot be reasonably verified or that involve material inconsistencies, suspected abuse, or evidence of deliberate manipulation, while providing a reasonable explanation where appropriate.
8.8. The warranty does not constitute a guarantee that an account will remain active indefinitely, avoid every third-party restriction, or retain functionality beyond the applicable warranty period.
8.9. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory rights or remedies available to a customer under applicable law.
Refunds and Cancellations
9.1. Refund eligibility, replacement remedies, and procedures for non-delivery or qualifying product failures are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9.2. You should review the Refund Policy before placing an order. Refunds are not automatic merely because a customer changes their mind, no longer needs a product, or encounters an outcome not expressly guaranteed in the product listing.
9.3. Requests to cancel an order must be submitted promptly through our official support channels. Whether cancellation is possible may depend on the order's processing and fulfilment status and applicable law.
9.4. Once an order has entered processing or digital delivery has commenced, cancellation may be limited where fulfilment cannot reasonably be reversed, subject to the applicable Refund Policy and mandatory legal rights.
9.5. Once a refund or other resolution is approved, customers must allow the timeframe communicated by our team for completion. While we aim to resolve requests as promptly as possible, processing times may vary depending on the nature of the request and any third-party payment processing requirements. Repeated follow-ups do not expedite the process.
9.6. We may investigate refund requests involving suspected duplicate claims, payment disputes, abuse of the claims process, or material discrepancies in the information supplied.
9.7. Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation, or other remedy that must be provided under applicable law.
Account Security, Credentials, and Proxy Use
10.1. Where a product includes login credentials, recovery information, or other access details, you are responsible for handling that information securely after delivery.
10.2. You must take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your customer dashboard, order information, and delivered credentials.
10.3. You must not publicly expose credentials, use another person's private information without authorization, or access accounts or systems without the necessary legal authority.
10.4. Where proxy services, IP addresses, device configurations, or similar technical arrangements are relevant to a product, you are responsible for ensuring that your configuration and intended use comply with applicable laws and relevant third-party platform policies.
10.5. Where purchased accounts are deployed or operated using bots, scripts, or other automated tools, you are responsible for ensuring that such use is appropriate, lawful, and compliant with the applicable third-party platform policies. Bulk Accounts shall not be responsible for misuse, unauthorized activity, or consequences arising from the customer's deployment or operation of bots, except to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
10.6. We do not guarantee that any particular proxy, IP address, browser environment, device configuration, or network setup will be accepted by a third-party platform.
10.7. If you share, transfer, resell, or disclose delivered products or credentials, you may affect your ability to verify subsequent issues or establish eligibility under the applicable warranty. Any such limitation is subject to the product conditions and applicable law.
10.8. We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials or from unauthorized activity occurring after delivery, except to the extent such responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Third-Party Platforms and External Policies
11.1. Products offered through Bulk Accounts may relate to platforms, providers, or services that are independently operated by third parties. Bulk Accounts is not necessarily affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by those platforms.
11.2. Third-party platforms may impose their own terms, registration requirements, identity verification procedures, account restrictions, technical limitations, and enforcement measures.
11.3. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable rules of any third-party platform you access or use.
11.4. Third-party platforms may change their policies, introduce new requirements, restrict access, suspend accounts, or discontinue features at their discretion.
11.5. Except where expressly guaranteed in the relevant product terms or required by law, we do not guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, maintain, or continue to support a particular product.
11.6. We are not responsible for independent third-party decisions or policy changes outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude liability for our own acts or omissions where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
11.7. You must not assume that the purchase of a product through Bulk Accounts overrides any third-party contractual requirement or grants permission to violate a platform's rules.
Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities
12.1. You agree to use the Website and any purchased products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
12.2. You must not use the Website or purchased products to:
- Commit fraud, impersonate another person, or misrepresent identity or authorization.
- Conduct phishing, scams, harassment, or other deceptive or harmful activity.
- Send unlawful spam or engage in unauthorized bulk messaging.
- Access, collect, disclose, or misuse personal information without proper authorization.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
- Circumvent security controls or gain unauthorized access to systems.
- Facilitate unlawful activity or violate applicable sanctions or regulatory restrictions.
- Interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the Website or its services.
12.3. You must not use products in a manner that unlawfully evades security controls, verification requirements, enforcement measures, or other safeguards imposed by third-party platforms.
12.4. Any action taken under this section will be subject to applicable law and any contractual obligations that apply to the relevant transaction.
Automated Access, Bots, Scraping, and Website Interference
13.1. You must not use bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, automated purchasing tools, or other automated systems to access or interact with the Website in a manner that is unauthorized, abusive, deceptive, or likely to disrupt its operation.
13.2. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Scraping or harvesting product listings, prices, customer information, or other Website content without authorization.
- Using automated tools to submit excessive requests, overload the Website, or interfere with its normal functioning.
- Attempting to bypass rate limits, access controls, payment checks, order restrictions, or other security measures.
- Using bots to manipulate orders, exploit checkout processes, or interfere with product availability.
- Attempting to access restricted areas, administrative functions, databases, or systems without authorization.
- Introducing malicious code, automated attacks, or other harmful mechanisms.
13.3. Automated access may be permitted where we have expressly authorized it in writing or where it is otherwise permitted by applicable law and does not violate these Terms.
13.4. We may monitor Website activity, investigate suspected automated abuse, restrict requests, block access, cancel affected orders where legally permissible, and take other reasonable steps to protect the Website, customers, and business operations.
13.5. This section concerns automated access to and interference with the Bulk Accounts Website and its systems. It does not independently determine whether automation is permitted on a third-party platform; that remains subject to the platform's applicable rules and the law.
Intellectual Property and Website Content
14.1. Unless otherwise stated, the Website's branding, design, text, graphics, logos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Bulk Accounts and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
14.2. You may access and use Website content for legitimate personal or business purposes associated with browsing and purchasing from the Website.
14.3. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or publicly display Website content in a manner that infringes our rights or the rights of a third party, except where permitted by law or expressly authorized.
14.4. Third-party names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website does not necessarily imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
14.5. Any permitted use of the Website does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property to you.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
15.1. The Website and its content are provided subject to these Terms. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate listings and reliable access, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
15.2. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties that are not expressly provided in the applicable product terms, including implied guarantees of uninterrupted availability, suitability for an unstated purpose, or compatibility with every third-party environment.
15.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes an express warranty provided by us or any statutory guarantee, consumer right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15.4. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bulk Accounts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from use of the Website or a product, including loss of profits, business opportunities, data, or anticipated savings, where such exclusion is legally enforceable.
15.5. We are not responsible for independent third-party platform decisions, changes to external policies, outages, or restrictions beyond our reasonable control, except where liability arises from our own conduct or cannot lawfully be excluded.
15.6. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
15.7. Any limitation of liability in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and must not be interpreted as removing a customer's mandatory legal rights.
Indemnification
16.1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
16.2. This provision applies only to the extent that the relevant claim or loss is attributable to your conduct and the applicable law permits such allocation of responsibility.
Suspension, Restriction, and Termination
17.1. We may restrict access to the Website, suspend a customer account, refuse an order, or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to suspected fraud, security risks, unlawful activity, material breach of these Terms, or other legitimate operational concerns.
17.2. Where appropriate and legally permissible, we may request clarification or additional information before taking action.
17.3. We may discontinue or restrict particular products or Website features for operational, legal, security, or commercial reasons.
17.4. Where an action affects an accepted order or an existing customer entitlement, we will handle the matter in accordance with the applicable order terms, relevant policies, and applicable law.
17.5. Termination or suspension does not automatically extinguish rights or obligations that accrued before the relevant action, including outstanding payment obligations, valid claims, or provisions that by their nature continue to apply.
Privacy and Data Handling
18.1. We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
18.2. You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit to us is accurate and that you have the necessary authority to provide it.
18.3. You must not submit another person's personal information without a lawful basis or the necessary authorization.
18.4. We may process information reasonably necessary to manage orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, investigate disputes, maintain Website security, and meet legal obligations, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
18.5. For details about the categories of information collected, purposes of processing, retention, disclosures, and applicable privacy rights, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
19.1. We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, business operations, Website features, security requirements, or applicable legal obligations.
19.2. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
19.3. Your continued use of the Website after a change takes effect may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where legally valid. If you do not agree to a change, you should discontinue the affected use of the Website, without prejudice to any existing contractual or statutory rights.
